PERFORMANCE & BUDGET OVERSIGHT:

 
PERFORMANCE:
In addition to public oversight hearings on specific agencies and issues held throughout the year, each Committee of the Council of the District of Columbia holds annual performance oversight hearings beginning in February/March. Performance oversight hearing dates, for all agencies under the Judiciary Committee's purview, are as follows:

    2011: March 11th, March 14th, and March 18th.

    2012: February 24th, February 29th, and March 7th.

 

BUDGET: Each Committee of the Council of the District of Columbia holds annual hold budget oversight hearings beginning in March/April.  Budget oversight hearing dates, for all agencies under the Judiciary Committee's purview, are as follows:

    2011: April 8th, April 14th, and May 2nd.

    2012: March 30th, April 4th, and April 20th.    
 

RESPONSES BY AGENCY:

For bothe performance oversight and budget oversight hearings, the Committee on the Judiciary sends each agency advance questions requesting information and statistics detailing the agency's performance as well as budget needs.  Each agency's response to these questions, as well as follow-up information requested from the agency at the performance/budget hearing, is posted below.  Additional information will be posted on this page as additional responses are received by the Committee.
