7.10.12 - Mendelson Moves Overhaul of District's Impaired Driving Laws
On Tuesday, July 10, 2012, Chairman Mendelson brought Bill 19-777, the
Comprehensive Impaired Driving and Alcohol Testing Program Amendment Act of
2012, before the Council for first reading, and moved the measure on an
