Neigborhood Associations
Nearly 80,000 residents call Ward 4 home, and they have a long history of civic activism and contributions to the District of Columbia as a whole. What makes Ward 4 work is residents coming together block by block and neighborhood by neighborhood to make sure that government and community are working together. Neighborhood associations get involved by organizing clean-ups, distributing newsletters, sponsoring community events, and holding government agencies and elected leaders accountable. Stay involved in your neighborhood by participating in your local community association.
