The Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Engagement (ONE) serves as the Mayor's primary constituent services organization. This office is a key resource for the community as it supplies a direct link between District residents, their Mayor, and the Government of the District of Columbia.

ONE has, at a minimum, two liaisons in each ward to support the needs of the District in a collective effort. The liaisons work with residents, organizations, and DC Government agencies to ensure that constituent requests are responded to promptly.
